Bible Verse of the Day, Friday 21st March 2025

Open Prayer:
Heavenly Father, we humbly bow before You, just as Paul did, in awe of Your greatness and love. We come seeking strength, wisdom, and the fullness of Your Spirit in our lives. Lord, as we meditate on Your Word, may it take deep root in our hearts. Strengthen us from within, so that we may walk in faith, love, and obedience to You. Let this time be one of renewal and encouragement. In Jesus’ name, we pray. Amen.

Bible Verse (Ephesians 3:14-16, NKJV):
“For this reason I bow my knees to the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, from whom the whole family in heaven and earth is named, that He would grant you, according to the riches of His glory, to be strengthened with might through His Spirit in the inner man.”

Short Message:
In this passage, Paul prays for the believers, asking God to strengthen them with His mighty power. True strength does not come from physical ability but from the Holy Spirit working within us. The riches of God’s glory are limitless, and He desires to pour His strength into our hearts. When we rely on Him, we are empowered to overcome trials, resist temptation, and grow in faith. This prayer reminds us that we are not alone—God’s Spirit is at work within us, equipping us for every good work.

Lessons from Ephesians 3:14-16:
1. Prayer is Powerful – Paul bows before God, showing humility and dependence on Him (Philippians 4:6-7).

2. God is Our Father – He is the source of our identity and unity as believers (Romans 8:15).

3. Strength Comes from God – True spiritual strength is given by the Holy Spirit, not human effort (Zechariah 4:6).

4. Our Inner Man Needs Renewal – God’s power transforms us from the inside out (2 Corinthians 4:16).

5. God’s Riches are Abundant – He blesses us not according to our need but according to His infinite riches (Philippians 4:19).

Closing Prayer:
Gracious Lord, we thank You for Your abundant strength that empowers us daily. Fill us with Your Spirit and renew our inner being so that we may stand firm in faith. When we feel weak, remind us that Your power is at work within us. Help us to live as children of Your family, glorifying You in all we do. May we walk in Your strength and reflect Your love to the world. In Jesus’ name, we pray. Amen.
